The 5th round of the Texas Travel Industry Recovery Grant Program is now open for applicants from all eligible NAICS codes. A business can recover up to $20,000 of its lost revenues from 2020 and 2021. Get your application in today.

The Texas Travel Industry Recovery Grant Program is a financial aid initiative aimed at supporting small businesses in the Texas travel and tourism sector that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The program is a joint effort between the Texas Governor’s Office and the Texas Economic Development Corporation and is funded by the state’s allocation of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

Eligible businesses can receive grants of up to $20,000 to assist with expenses related to COVID-19 such as personal protective equipment, sanitization efforts, and lost revenue. The program is open to a wide range of travel and tourism-related businesses including restaurants, hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts, travel agencies, tourist attractions, and cultural and entertainment venues. To participate, businesses must meet certain eligibility criteria and provide documentation to support their COVID-19-related expenses. The program is currently accepting applications again for all applicable NAICS codes and will continue to do so until all funding is distributed.
